Antipolis Formation is Qualiopi-certified

In May 2022, Antipolis Formation obtained the Qualiopi certification.

Qualiopi

Law no. 2018-771 of 5 September 2018 for the freedom to choose one’s professional future provides in its article 6 for an obligation of certification, by a third-party body, of organisations carrying out actions that contribute to skills development on the basis of a single national framework, if they want to benefit from public or pooled funds (funding by a skills operator, by the commission referred to in article L. 6323-17-6, by the State, by the regions, by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, by Pôle emploi or by Agefiph).

What does the “Qualiopi” mark stand for?

The “Qualiopi” mark aims to:

  • attest to the quality of the process implemented by providers of actions that contribute to skills development;
  • give companies and users a clearer view of the training offer.

Quality training!

The QUALIOPI certification attests to the professionalism of the training provider Antipolis Formation and to the possibility of financial coverage of its training by an OPCO.

According to the single framework, a surveillance audit is scheduled at mid-term to ensure that the requirements continue to be met.

Following on from Datadock and as part of the 2018 law for the freedom to choose one’s professional future, decree 2019-565 of June 2019 sets the new national framework for the quality certification of training providers, based on 7 criteria and 32 indicators:

Criterion 1: The conditions under which the public is informed about the services offered, the time needed to access them and the results obtained

Criterion 2: The precise identification of the objectives of the services offered and the adaptation of these services to the target audiences when the services are designed

Criterion 3: The adaptation to the target audiences of the services and of the arrangements for welcome, support, follow-up and assessment

Criterion 4: The suitability of the teaching, technical and supervisory resources for the services delivered

Criterion 5: The qualification and development of the knowledge and skills of the staff responsible for delivering the services

Criterion 6: The provider’s integration and investment in its professional environment

Criterion 7: The collection and consideration of the assessments and complaints made by the stakeholders in the services delivered.
