Accredited ICDL test centre
Take the exam with us
Antipolis Formation is an accredited ICDL test centre. You take your certification at the end of the course, without changing contact.
- Online, supervised exam, with no reference materials.
- For the ICDL certifications of the Specific Directory: 35 minutes, 36 questions, pass mark of 75%.
- Extra time is possible (47 minutes instead of 35) for people who need it.
- ICDL certificate verifiable online if you pass, course completion certificate in all cases.

Funding
What is the CPF?
The Compte Personnel de Formation (personal training account) is an individual right that lets everyone train throughout their life, independently. Every employee or jobseeker accumulates training rights, credited automatically and also usable during periods of unemployment. You can check the amount of your rights on Mon Compte Formation.

- A member of a liberal profession or self-employed
- A collaborating spouse

The rules to know
- Funding cap: €1,500 per certification of the Specific Directory. All our eligible prices stay below this cap.
- Mandatory contribution from the account holder: €150 per course, on top of the price, for any enrolment since 2 April 2026. Jobseekers are exempt. The employer can cover it with a top-up contribution.
- Enrolment and payment exclusively on moncompteformation.gouv.fr. Antipolis Formation complies with the CPF code of ethics and does not cold-call by phone.
- The course starts at the earliest 11 working days after the enrolment request.
- Tell us about your project: an adviser will contact you free of charge and with no commitment, and offer you a placement test.
- Choose an eligible course: our CPF-eligible courses also lead to certification.
- Use your rights: find them on your Mon Compte Formation account and enrol on moncompteformation.gouv.fr.
- Take the course and sit the exam with us: the ICDL certificate is verifiable online.

Your questions about certification and CPF
What is the ICDL certification?
ICDL, formerly PCIE (European Computer Skills Passport), is an international digital skills certification. It is taken online, under supervision, in an accredited centre such as Antipolis Formation, and the certificate is verifiable online.
How do I know whether my CPF rights are enough?
Your rights are visible on moncompteformation.gouv.fr. All our eligible prices are below the cap of €1,500 per certification. If your rights do not cover everything, your employer can top them up, or you can pay the balance yourself; we look at the best solution with you.
What is the €150 contribution?
Since 2 April 2026, the CPF account holder pays €150 per course, on top of the course price. Jobseekers are exempt. Your employer can cover it with a top-up contribution.
How soon can I start?
Enrolment is open all year. With CPF, the course starts at the earliest 11 working days after the enrolment request on Mon Compte Formation. In practice, allow 2 to 4 weeks depending on the session calendar.
What happens if I do not obtain the certification?
You receive a course completion certificate in all cases. The ICDL certificate is only issued if you pass, with at least 75% correct answers.
Can all your courses be funded through CPF?
No. Only the certifications listed in the Specific Directory can, as listed above. Other courses, such as cybersecurity, GDPR or project management, are funded by the employer, the OPCO or a training insurance fund, depending on your situation.
Can I train remotely?
Yes. Most courses are available in person, online and hybrid; the Generative AI workshop is only available in person and online. The ICDL exam is taken online, under supervision.
