The catalogue includes 23 courses and 3 multi-certification packs, grouped into six themes: certified office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), teamwork and collaborative tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, project management), artificial intelligence, security, data and digital culture (cybersecurity, GDPR), visual and web communication (visuals, website, InDesign, digital marketing, community management) and a digital foundation for complete beginners.

Four AI courses: “AI in business: understand, assess, decide” (7 hrs, ICDL AI micro-certification), “Grow your business with AI” for managers and staff of small businesses and SMEs (21 hrs), “Produce and review professional content with generative AI” (14 hrs) and the “Generative AI workshop: save time every day” with ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini (3.5 hrs). The office skills courses also include a module on the software’s AI assistant (Copilot or Gemini).

Most courses are available in person, online and hybrid; the Generative AI workshop is only available in person and online. In person, groups have 1 to 8 people, with a workstation provided. Online, virtual classes take place live with the trainer. Hybrid means at least 50% of the duration is spent with the trainer, in a classroom or a virtual class, and the rest in guided work on the ICDL practice platform. All courses are available in English or French.

Yes, every course in the catalogue is available in-company, at your premises or remotely, on your own files and tools. In-company rates are given per group on the Courses page. You can also request an in-company quote.

When a course comes in two options, Essential is for people who already use the software and Complete is for beginners. A free ICDL placement test and a 20-minute interview define the pathway before enrolment.

No. Most courses prepare for an ICDL certification, taken at the end of the course. Four courses give a course completion certificate without certification: the Generative AI workshop, “Produce and review professional content with generative AI”, “Grow your business with AI” and Community management.

Those whose certification is listed in the Specific Directory of France Compétences: Word (RS7529), Excel (RS7528), PowerPoint (RS7524), Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (RS7527), visual creation (RS7526), website (RS7525) and InDesign (RS7250). Other courses, such as cybersecurity, GDPR or project management, are funded by the employer, the OPCO or a training insurance fund (FAF), depending on your situation.

The funding cap is €1,500 per certification of the Specific Directory. Since 2 April 2026, the account holder pays a €150 contribution per course, on top of the price; jobseekers are exempt and the employer can cover it with a top-up contribution. Enrolment and payment are made exclusively on moncompteformation.gouv.fr. The course starts at the earliest 11 working days after the enrolment request.
