Antipolis Formation is now listed on Datadock
In March 2020, our Datadock declaration was validated. Antipolis Formation therefore meets the criteria of the quality decree of 30 June 2015 and can be “listed” by all vocational training funders.
Datadock
Datadock is a single database on vocational training from a quality perspective. It allows the vocational training funders gathered within the GIE D2OF to check the compliance of training providers with the 6 quality criteria defined by law.
After registering on Datadock, training providers must submit the evidence relating to the 21 indicators defined by the funders to meet the 6 criteria.
Once the compliance of the documents has been checked, training providers become “Datadock-listed” by the funders. Each funder can then decide whether to include these training providers in its reference catalogue.
A shared service
From a pooled database formalised by a technical tool, Datadock has become
- a standardised service, open to all training providers, whatever their size
- a responsive service, since each training provider can propose corrective actions if one or more criteria are rejected
- a simplifying service. Datadock makes life easier for training providers, who benefit from an identical process for at least 41 funders, as well as for the funders themselves, thanks to the interface with their own information systems.
Benefits for everyone
Datadock allows training providers:
- to fill in and update their file independently
- to have their evidence validated
- to carry out a self-assessment of the quality of their offer against the criteria defined by law
- if they meet the indicators, to be declared Datadock-listed and therefore be able to be included in the catalogue of certain funders, who retain the decision and the responsibility
- to benefit from a fast track when they hold a certification labelled by the CNEFOP
Datadock allows funders:
- to review the training providers’ declarations and to make each of them Datadock-listed or not on the basis of this evidence
- to share information on training providers in a collaborative space reserved for them
- to access reporting
- to rely on Datadock as a lever for pooling the Datadock listing process for training providers. It is then up to each funder to choose which ones to include in its catalogue.
